Bobo F. Ajudua is a versatile and a technologically savvy legal practitioner with practice areas ranging from Media & Entertainment Law; Corporate Finance; Equity & Debt Restructuring; and Real Estate.
Bobo has acted in various Private and International Corporations, and Ministries of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on vast topical issues. He started his legal career at the Nigerian Football Federation, Abuja. He worked closely with the head of the Legal Unit, where he was exposed to areas of Sports Law and the governing bodies in the sector; i.e FIFA and the laws regulating the licensing of football agents. His tasks were court appearances with the head of the Legal Unit, review of player contracts, as well as player-club dispute resolution.
His skills in the area of Media & Entertainment Law and provision of legal services to A-List artistes and music producers such as Davido, Fresh VDM, Dremo, etc and representation for top Nigerian record labels, has earned him the recognition he has today.
A graduate of the University of Essex in 2011 and the Nigerian Law School in 2012, Bobo is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
